Due to Growth Partners Capital’s Iberian profile, the Fund will have a unique ability to help its portfolio companies to internationalize their operations to Iberia and consequently exit them at a price that reflects their international dimension. Additionally, the Fund will be managed by a team with a solid track-record, built over the last 20 years, with investments in private equity and listed companies, as well as in the management of national and international groups.
The Fund’s assets are used to acquire, for a limited period, equity, quasi-equity and debt instruments of SMEs and Mid-caps with high potential. The fund is incorporated for a fixed term under the terms and in accordance with Law no. 18/2015 of March 4 and regulated by CMVM.
Growth Iberia invests mainly in companies with a consolidated presence in their sector of operation, sustained profitability, healthy indebtedness levels, good cash flow generation and organic and/or inorganic growth potential, including geographical expansion in the Iberian Peninsula.
Growth Iberia is GP Capital’s first truly Iberian fund, as it is able to invest part of its capital directly in Spanish companies.
