The Fund targets Portuguese mid-market companies with EBITDAs between 2 and 10M€, focusing on tradable sectors with growth potential, particularly in industry and technology. In this segment, is one where capital is scarce while the potential for scaling is substantial. Investments will primarily target established companies with a solid cash-flow generation or significant assets and growth prospects that support senior investment structures, enabling strong downside protection and yielding structures.

Beyond capital, Iberis supports its portfolio companies in structuring their management processes and governance to ensure that growth potential is unlocked.

Fund Structure
The Fund will take advantage of the investment pipeline and infrastructure of Greytech II, a fund also managed by Iberis Capital with a solid track record. The investments will represent minority or majority stakes in companies through equity, senior equity or debt-equity hybrid instruments that confer downside protection while securing a preferred return. The Fund targets a portfolio of 6 to 8 investments with equity tickets ranging between 10M€ and 15M€.
